Before Your Appointment
Complete and submit the Health Assessment Questionnaire before your appointment to ensure you feel well for your visit.
- If you are experiencing any symptoms or feel unwell, please remain at home and reschedule your appointment.
At The Clinic During Your Appointment
- Arrive with a clean, makeup-free face for your treatment.
- Service providers wear masks in the clinic and additional protective equipment in the treatment rooms. Although you may not see it, we are smiling from ear to ear when we see you!
- Sanitation is done after each guest
- When purchasing product, staff will handle products and have them ready for you after your appointment.
- We are happy to offer you beverage service “to go” after your treatment.
- The retail shop is open and we welcome walk-ins.
