Cancelling, Rescheduling, Or Not Showing for Appointments

At Vive Med Spa, we know that plans can change. That’s why we offer flexible appointment times to make self-care easy and enjoyable.

When you book with us, we reserve that time exclusively for you and begin preparing for your arrival. To keep things fair for both our team and clients, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel.

No charge for cancellations made 48+ hours in advance
$100 fee for late cancellations/no-shows for Medical Aesthetics appointments
$200 fee for late cancellations/no-shows for Injectable appointments

Deposits Refund Policy

We know that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. At Vive Med Spa, we’re committed to providing a seamless, stress-free experience for every client.

For longer treatments (2 hours or more), we require a $500 deposit at the time of booking. This allows us to reserve your appointment and ensure that we’re fully prepared to give you the highest level of care.

To keep things fair for both you and our team:

Your deposit is fully refundable if you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for a cancellation.

If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, the deposit is non-refundable due to the time and resources set aside just for you.

Hassle-Free Returns & Exchanges – We’re Here to Help

We want you to love your products! If an unopened product isn’t right for you, you can return it for a refund, exchange, or store credit within 30 days of purchase.

Holiday gifts can be exchanged or credited until January 30th.

If you experience a reaction to a product, you can exchange it within 30 days—just provide a photo of the skin reaction, as required by our skincare brands. We’ll also give you a sample of the new product to ensure it’s a good fit.

A Gentle Reminder: Please Arrive on Time for Your Appointment

We value your time and want you to get the most out of your Vive Experience. Arriving on time ensures we can provide the highest level of care while respecting the schedule of all our clients.

To help you feel relaxed and prepared, we recommend arriving a few minutes early to enjoy a warm or cold refreshment and unwind.

If you’re running late, please let us know as soon as possible. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require rescheduling, retention of your deposit, or a late fee to ensure fairness to other clients.

For laser hair removal and body contouring treatments, please remember to do a close shave the night before—as shaving time is not included in your appointment. A small fee may apply if shaving is required before treatment.
