Treatments are well tolerated, and downtime is often minimal, although temporary redness, swelling, bruising, or darkening of treated areas may occur depending on the concern treated and your skin response.

Excel V+ may be suitable for patients concerned with redness, rosacea-prone skin, visible blood vessels, pigmentation, sun damage, uneven tone, or texture changes.
Some people aren’t candidates for treatment, including those who are pregnant or undergoing treatment for skin cancer. Other factors that can affect treatment planning include medications, recent sun exposure, tanning, history of scarring, diabetes, herpes simplex, isotretinoin use, and photosensitivity. This list isn’t exhaustive, and your provider will review your full medical history during your consultation.
